Als Manager Sales Backoffice van de productdivisie OHT (Off Highway Tyres) bedrijf je topsport op meerdere vlakken. OHT richt zich op fabrikanten van Landbouw- en Industrievoertuigen en op de bijbehorende vervangingsmarkt in Europa en Noord-Amerika. Naast banden leveren we tevens complete wielsets aan onze klanten. De backoffice is de cruciale schakel tussen enerzijds de producerende en logistieke operatie en anderzijds de commerciële organisatie. Het is een zeer verantwoordelijke spilfunctie waarin samengewerkt wordt met vele interne afdelingen en met de externe verkoopkantoren binnen een internationale omgeving. Geen enkele werkdag is hetzelfde in deze uitdagende en gevarieerde baan.

Business Analyst Sales

The Business analyst will work with the European Sales Operation's Manager and the entire Sales Management Team including the Head of Sales to support sales planning and analysis. In this newly created role, the team will look to the Business Analyst to help establish/streamline policies and procedures throughout the department in sales forecasting, reporting and communications. Marketing Communication Officer

We are looking for a Marketing Communication Officer for our European Marketing and Product Management department in Amsterdam. The Marketing Communication Officer is responsible for coordinating the process of planning, developing, designing, translating and approving all marketing collateral. Including price lists, brochures in 27 languages. In this role you will be managing complex projects with a large number of internal (European Sales offices, Sales European Management, Product Management, Finance, Global Marketing team) and external stakeholders (agencies and suppliers) as well as managing others without formal reporting lines.

Program Manager

As a program manager you will be responsible for the execution of new product development projects. In these projects we develop tyres for the replacement market and OEM customers like Volkswagen, Porsche, Ford, Mercedes etc.. We use the latest new tyre technologies in our designs.
You steer multi-disciplinary teams in an international multi-site and matrix organized environment. These teams consist material/ design/mould and tyre engineers from Germany, Netherlands Italy, India etc.. Your task will be to steer the projects on Scope, Cost and Delivery and use financial indicators to achieve a high performing tyre which can be produced in a an efficient way in one of our production facilities around the globe.
